''I travelled with my daughter, son-in-law, his mother, and 18 month old grandson to Orkney in early September 2012. Prior to our trip, I had emailed back and forth with Pat Stone to determine a date and a potential itinerary. I thought I knew what I wanted to see, but am so thankful we decided to follow Pat's suggestions.

When Pat picked us up at our B and B, we knew that, despite the gentle Orkney breeze, we were going to have a great day. Pat is warm, engaging and beyond knowledgeable. Her passion for the islands and their history is infectious. She can also incorporate the naptimes of a toddler into her tour! I truly believe our experience in Orkney would have been lacking if not for Pat. If you are planning a trip to Orkney, you must book a tour with her. You won't regret it''.
